One person standing in the corner, however, is dressed in a rainbow of vivid colors. Your attention automatically drawn to this stand-out individual. They are unique and intriguing.

Then consider how guests are interacting with one another. Notice the difference between those who talk with little energy or emotion versus the individuals are are animated, using hand gestures and pulling people into their conversation.

We know it is difficult to bring your ‘A game’ every day but if you are friendly and engaging it will be a catalyst to happy work place relationships and positive personal branding.

Be the person people can count on. Whether you mentor others lower in the company or support those more senior than yourself, it will not go unnoticed. Be a problem solver making it your business to help others out where you can.
