Management might actually already be reviewing your salary by this time. And if they\u2019re not considering an increase, it\u2019s a good time to bring up the subject.<\/p>\n

What are your skills worth to your company? Do some research into what individuals in similar roles are being paid because this is an important negotiation tool.
