Luno is a digital cryptocurrency company that is currently hiring people in their Johannesburg and Cape Town offices. For the most part, they’re looking for experienced iOS and Android software engineers, but they’re also employing people in multiple other positions like product design and social media management.

Amazon Web Services
AWS will be adding Cape Town to its list of 21 global infrastructure availability regions, and they aim to have the unit ready by early 2020. AWS’ global infrastructure and customer support head, Peter Desantis, said that the infrastructure to support this requires substantial investment by AWS. Once they’re ready to go, AWS will be looking to fill positions like software engineer, data scientist and operations manager.
